KEY OBJECTIVES
To make Vitalife’s medical services available to customers from the comfort of their homes during the tough times of COVID-19.
With the sudden change in the way, we live there was an urgent business and social requirement for clinics like Vitalife to make sure they keep serving people in need during these challenging times. It was a pleasure to work with Vitalife towards this social purpose.
DESIGN RESEARCH SUMMARY
The current way of booking appointments (via phone call to each clinic's location or walk-in the clinics) was not enough due to COVID-19 lockdown restrictions.
With no online consultation with doctors and other medical facilities like home sample collections, the patient's mental and physical well-being was compromised.
The current digital presence of Vitalife lacked the ease of use to find required information about nearby clinics or to find a specific doctor.
DESIGN APPROACH
With a user-centric design approach, we worked in agile mode. The aim of the MVP was to build a new responsive website and portal which will make the medical services of Vitalife accessible to its patients from the comfort of their homes. The MVP also covered making all the services of VItalife go digital and create an eco-system of its own.
RESULTS AND IMPACT
Vitalife is now ready with the digital ecosystem of their healthcare services available online 24X7. This ecosystem was of great help to the older age group in receiving healthcare services from their home during COVID-19 lockdown.
